Dear Forum members,
Solicit your help & advice to address a problem I am facing.
Yesterday i installed a brand new Deltec 39 watts UV Sterilizer and post installation upon powering up it has been flashing a red led with a buzzing sound.
According to my knowledge I have set up properly (mounted vertically on the wall with water moving up) and is mated with a 1000lph eheim pump.
On the adapter it's written that if the red light flashes accompanied with a buzzing sound there is a problem with the lamp fitting.
However, I did check the fitting but found no issues. the lamp filament looks ok to me.
No moisture inside the quartz tube as well.

Can anyone throw light on possible causes.

Thanks in advance,
Rudra

Just fyi deltec have release a 48w version thats nearly half the size of the 39w unit. Also a 1000lph pump maybe too small for your uv. After head loss and restrictions from elbows youll be considerably less. Im running a 2500lph on mine at 50% im still only getting around 900lph
