I don’t have any crabs in my tank as they are opportunistic and will feed on your snails and even corals.
Besides a couple of conch and various snails I have a sand shifting diamond goby so sand is clean. Have a foxface which helps with algae. Both of these fish were picked as much for being part of cleanup crew as they were viewing.

I have everything on the list plus sea cucumbers and lots of bristle worms and micro brittle stars

I had a full tank wipe out from one cuke the size of my little finger climbing up the glass and sticking its head into a Nero 5. Never again.

I also have some Orange lip Conches, they are great workhorses and such little characters!
Brittle stars are great at keeping crap out from underneath rocks too…
