Today I cut out a portion of my return plumbing and built a manifold so I could run a bio pellet reactor and carbon and GFO reactor. I will post more photos once I have the two reactors hooked up.

I have installed the reactors on my tank and are running fine. I will be posting a pic of the setup when I get a chance. Also I ordered a Simplicity 3x2L dosing container and should be arriving soon, will also post pics of the container.

I have installed an emergency stop button on the tank and a simple press of the button it turns all my pumps off. In case of an emergency there is no need to open up and find the pump I want to turn off and finally turn it off, it is all done in a press of a button.

Installed a dual return on the tank. The second opening on the over flow was opened and I had an issue with fish falling into the overflow compartment so to fix this problem I decided to install dual returns.

For the last couple of months I have been struggling with hair algae and to remedy it I have been dosing 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide. I have been dosing 10ml for every 10 gallons and I am glad to say I have killed off all the hair algae. I did have some dead loss with inverts. I lost my sand sifting star, cleaner shrimp and my long spine urchin has lost all his spins but still alive and my corals also survived.

I have placed some new corals in the tank and will be posting up some pics of the new frags
