It should color up soon. The tank I got it from seems to have really washed out growth tips on most acros.
 
Got mine a few months ago, starting to encrust good but not much noticeable growth on the branches

Tidal Gardens
Mine was slow to get going. Looking a lot like joetbs pic now. Did better with a move to higher light and much higher flow.
