Diatoms or dinoflagellates?

Hey guys ive been having issues with brown algae but at this point I don’t have idea what I’m dealing with. Please can you help me to identify?

When the lights are on, it appears to be brown. I’ve managed to control the lighting very well, so it looks like brown spots in the sand or glass. However, when I turn on the white lights, it looks green. Tank is 1 year

There is no algae anywhere since I’m not aware that algae can survive on the face of the moon? ;)

Those microscope pics look like diatoms. I don't see any dinos in any of the pics.
