Did aqua as fall off ?

Hey guys I placed on order on aqua sd from one of there auctions. I was excited to get these pieces only to receive a phone call that they didn’t have them anymore and that they would refund me a gift card in wich they negated the shipping. so I’ll have to pay for that again and it’s impossible to use the gift card on the auction site. I emailed never got a response I found a lot of mixed reviews/information on them idk I just wanted to hear some opinions I don’t remember them being this hard to deal with maybe it’s just me i don’t know anyway thanks for reading I look forward to hearing from yall.

I new this would be the response i litteraly have the second number saved in my phone under the owners name no answer no reply’s and this is only a 400 dollar order so I think they just don’t care.
