Looking to change out the filter sock on my IM20 with a media basket. There's a inTank media basket for $45 and IM has one for $23. Any big difference between the two?

I think I have seen better reviews for the intank than the IM. I think the reason was because the IM allow more water to bypass than the intank (I haven't tried them so I can't say from experience but this is what I thought I read a while ago).

Good to know. Anyone else have any feedback regarding these two?

The InTank basket gives a tighter fit and has a better build quality that nobody but you will ever see. If the extra $23 doesn't bother you its a nice product. Having said that, the IM basket will fundamentally do the same job for half the price.

I have the IM it works great, I would go for that one, I can not see what the extra money will get you.
