Digital microscope to inpect new corals

I normally dop corals and inspect them using a magnifier with a small light. Considering a more serious inspection to maybe allow coral addition to QT at least without dip on arrival which i feel is very stressful.
Would it be possible to use any of the digital microscopes to check a coral colony in water below it ? Not looking for cellular level shots but a more stable setup abd a way to scan the coral methodically and seing the pics well lit on a digital screen with the ability of taking good pics for identification . Checked a few microscopes and seems the tomlov DM 9 pro is a good option ? Any advice or other suggestions ?
 
It really depends on how far under the lens the coral is and the magnification of the scope itself. This sounds really interesting. If you do end up doing this, please post a pic or two!!
