Diluting Additives?

Would it be okay to dilute additives, both trace elements and two part, with RO water? Or would it be better to use saltwater? I'd be mixing batches to go in dosing reservoirs and won't need some of the elements to be quite as potent.

Some additives may be less stable when diluted due to increased potential for air oxidation.

I'm not sure how much of an issue that is, but iron, for example, can be converted from ferrous iron to less soluble ferric iron, and iodide can be oxidized to iodate, which is less bioavailable.

Overall, I'm not sure how big of a problem that is.
