im new sorry if this is in the wrong place, I just bought the dimmable t5 hybrid light fixture, I put all 4 lights in and all 4 are blinking, does anybody know anything I can try to fox this? Thanks!

If its brand new with new bulbs I would contact the manufacturer, could be a ballast issue. Make sure all the bulbs are properly secured correctly.

Thank you, yes its brand new, I wrote them yesterday, and I will be calling them tomorrow!

Scottyph I don't know that I have seen any emails from you, if you did indeed email us and you didnt get a response be sure and hit us up on the phone or live chat (on our site) so we can help. I cannot say I have ever heard of T5 blinking on and off so I am very curious what might be going on here.

Cheers

Would trying to dim the T5 bulbs before the recommended 50hr "burn in" time cause the flickering?

I think its something on my apex making them blink, I contacted neptune, thanks!

AquaticLife uses the same ballasts we do, so ya I don't think anything in the fixture would make them blink. Good luck tracking down the issue!

I believe it is the APEX. The default 0-10v program on the APEX is a pulsing 0-100%. You need to locate the port and reprogram it.

Thanks I think your right neptune called me today and fixed it, thanks for your reply

Now I need to learn how to program them, I don't see any videos on that!
