I had that happen not long ago and I dosed NeoNitro to get them up.

Ive been dosing neo Nitrates too. Ill raise it to 1ppm in a day but like a day or 2 after its back doen to zero. How much were you raising your ppm a day?
I was following the directions and did not have it crash again, so I was lucky. I wonder what's causing it to keep crashing. How much do you feed? Maybe lower your skimmer settings?

Ive been following the directions too. I feed twice a day and not a ton of food as i only have 2 clowns and a blue hippo. More livestock would help too produce more waste abd i was going to next week get some copepods which hopefully would help. Ive completely turned of my skimmer bc it isnt a dc bc its in a IM 40L Aio tank. Thanks for your help btw

Feeding more may help Nitrate stay up. @Randy Holmes-Farley any advice?

1 ppm is still quite low. I’d suggest raising it to at least 5 ppm and maintaining it around that level.

While I'm not Randy, his target nutrient ranges are available here.

Usually ammonia dosing is preferred over nitrate, as it's preferred over nitrate by pretty much everything you want to have in your tank, but I have also heard about ammonia dosing turning out ineffective while nitrate dosing helped and had this happen once as well. That's why I can also recommend the DIY nitrate recipes. It's usually cheaper to mix these things yourself than buying reef-taxed products.

I would avoid overfeeding as it also adds phosphate and organics.
