interesting observations. Are the dinoflagellates bothering the frags? If not, do nothing and use the microscope daily to document the microorganism competition. Sell the dinoflagellates predators for loads of cash and retire rich.
I believe the corals tolerated the whole experience well. I did have to blow off daily. I would say at this point it is difficult to find the offending dinos with the naked eye. Also as far as separating the dino predators from the dinos, that would be extremely difficult and then you would have to put them in some sort of suspension. Because you wouldn’t want to introduce their food source along with them. Figure that out and THEN you would be rich.
