Wondering my best plan of action, they go away at night, no bubbles from what I can see., some strings/strands and they are covering coral. Mostly on the sand

Are the smaller circles scattered around the pic chrysophytes? Are the green dots GHA? I also forgot to mention, I had this sample sitting out near a window for a few days, so that it could coagulate
