Could I possibly get help in identifying the type of Dino’s I may be dealing with based on this picture through a scope I took today?

Also, been trying to get nutrients up as they were bottomed out in a new tank that’s five months old. I’ve been dosing NeoNitrio and Neophos for two weeks. Finally have readings on No3 at 6.2 but P03 is still bottomed out. I have dosed 235ml of Neophos over two weeks but keep reading 0.00. Neophos says 1ml should raise Po3 by .25ppm per us gallon. My tank is a 225 gallon. Just want to confirm best course of action is to keep dosing until I can get levels up and sustained?

Thanks!

Sorry meant to say PO4 not PO4 when referencing my Phosphate levels.
