Dino???

hi! i have a new reef tank that is about 2 months old. over the past 2 days, i’ve noticed this brown what i thought to be algae pop up across my sand and rock. there are some bubbles forming as well and im just not sure what to think of it. the tank is 32 gallons. i am a freshwater fanatic and this is my first saltwater tank so bear with me
last week parameters-
nitrate= <10ppm
phosphate= 0.05ppm
calcium= 400ppm
magnesium= 1350ppm
kh= 8dkh
ph= 8.2

todays parameters- (15% water change done 5 days ago)
nitrate= 0
phosphate= ~0.25
calcium= 400ppm
magnesium= 1260ppm
kh= 6dkh
ph= 8

i have 3 sps coral in there and 1 serpent star that i have been tong feeding daily. is it dino? should i worry/do anything about it? any advice welcome

Possibly. You really need a microscope to appropriately identify what kind of Dino it is though.

I’d also look at slowly raising your alkalinity.
