Dinos, Cyano or something else *HELP*

I also have stuff i'm not quite sure what it is but it does get better when lights are dimmer then go out and come back stronger when lights are at peak. what are they here are some pics:

that looks like cyano to me.

put some in a cup with peroxide. if the water is pink after 48 hours its cyano
