Help with Algae

Any idea what this could be nitrate 10 point of sale I'm not sure but tank has been up for 10 months now and I can't tell if it's dino,cyano or is diatoms coming back. Main problem is on the right side of the tank on the rock work in the close up pic there not bubbles that's sand on the brown algae

Looks like Dino. Best treatment is water changes. I was told many years ago, "the solution to pollution is dilution." This holds true for Dino, Cyano and other nuisance growths. Also low flow can contribute. Consider adding live phytoplankton or UV sterilizer.
