Dinos or Diatoms?

Tank have finished cycling 2weeks ago and started ugly stage but can’t tell if it’s only diatoms or dinos


Test
Nitrate are about 5-10ppm
Phosphate my test kit is not enough good tbh since it’s API. I’ll need a Hanna

yeah, API test kit is useless or our needs. But without pictures can't really tell.

In general:
Diatoms = Light brown dusting
Dinos = Darker brown, thicker, and frequently has bubbles.

yeah, API test kit is useless or our needs. But without pictures can't really tell.

How did you cycle your tank? With it being 2 weeks old im suspecting it being diatoms

Do you have photos of your tank?

Noticing any o2 bubbles. that vanish after the lights turn off?
