Dipping frags from dino tank

My frag tank has dinos and I'm currently treating with silicates (for a month now). I want to take some zoa frags out, but I'm afraid of affecting the other tank that doesn't have dinos. Is there a way to insure that no dinos are transferred along with the frags?

Here is my current idea:
Remount the Zoa onto new plugs
Dip the Zoas
Put into holding tank with no light for a week
Dip the Zoas again before transferring to final tank

Curious if your Dino’s were caused by bottomed out nutrients? If yes, then I’d think you could move without issue assuming the other tank has nutrients.

Zoas are resistant to peroxide dips (I've done this to remove GHA from them) so I think your approach would work if you did a peroxide dip when transferring. Hydrogen peroxide should kill any dinos on the coral. Just make sure your concentration is within the established acceptable amount.
