30x 1/2 inch bulkheads?!
Thats a suspicious enough amount to get put on some sort of watch list.

What you doing with all them bulkheads?

Something I had to bother my buddy who's a patent attorney about.

These are the joys of living in and owning an old building. I get to play twister in the crawl space to investigate the floor joists.

Luckily it was cool out and not bad at all. Didn't even see any critters under there.

All work and no play will surely keep jack distracted until his tank gets here!

The verdict is in on this Bosch CM10GD. I love it. I would go to relationship counseling to stay with it.

Figured what would be the best stand height to get wet in the tank and not have my back hurt. Also took consideration of how high I want to see the tank from.

I'm 6'2 and that height ended up being 38 inches.

72 ball valves? I appreciate ball valves and have three on my system. Planning on saving ball valves for the end of days or just want to be able to adjust every possible thing plus extras?

That second you realize that 2 x 4s are no longer 2 x 4 and that you have to redo a bunch of stuff......

I'm giving up on it for today. I'll take another crack at it tomorrow.

I'm assuming having a 23 inch wide stand for a 24 inch tank would be a problem lol.

The bottom is together and orthogonal finally! if you're going to have 1000 + lbs you sure want to make sure the stand is true square!

Almost there. I'm starting a coral business and will maybe build tanks once I have the plumbing design legally protected. I can't wait to show you guys the idea!
