Got a new percula, he appears to be swimming fine and has eaten a little this morning. He does have a weird discoloration on his scales however, is this something I can treat via a dip or will it resolve itself on its own?

He's been in the tank a day and as far as I can tell had it from the LFS, but my water parameters are:
Ammonia - 0
Nitrite - 0
Nitrate - ~3
Phos - 0
Salinity - 1.026
Temp - 78

I can’t see the video clearly, but of it is just turning black, nothing really to worry. It sometimes happens with clownfish. If not, he may just be lonely or stressed. If it is not turning black, you should try getting him a partner.

He acually is most likely suffering from carotine deficiancy, and you an get his color back by feed in krill, which have lots of it.
