What is this underneath on my clown fish? :(

That's an unusual lesion - is that whole white area on the belly, between the white stripes new? Does it extend to the other side of the fish? Has there been any other symptoms?

If you can post a video under white lights, we night be able to see more detail.....

Discoloration suggests brook to me and very treatable with Ruby Rally pro which is reef safe with coral and inverts

The fish is mostly turned away in the video, but that is not brooklynella - the lesion is too localized and only on one side of the fish. Also, Brooklynella doesn’t just stay the same for three weeks like this, it would spread.

It looks like a fungal or bacterial infection at the site of a previous injury. If it hasn’t been growing larger or deeper, you might just want to watch it for now. Fungal treatment would include a 75ppm daily one hour dip for five days (but formalin is dangerous to use in a home). Bacterial infections are best treated with a broad spectrum, gram negative antibiotic in a hospital tank.

Now I see the belly (please use bright light intensity only when posting pic and agree its bacterial and must be treated ASAP using Seachem Kanaplex which is absorbed by the fish
