I wanted to start and try fragging coral, but looking at the prices of coral bandsaw and it being out of range for me, since I don't live in the US or EU they have to import them. I've been looking online for alternatives and see that there are a few 3d printed bandsaw but the STL of all of them are paid, so I decided that I would try to make my own. Since I made the band saw I had a couple of successes and challenges on my prototype since the bottom wheel was not stable enough and the band session wasn't what I was hoping for, I was wondering if this forum has input or opinions on how to improve the design. It would be very helpful if you guys could send pictures of the saws you have cause I only have a little reference on making this prototype

That's dope.
Id say you should increase the length of the hole where the bottom wheel attaches to the base. Increasing that gives the bottom Spindle less chance of pivoting.
Might want to add a more structured horizontal on the top part? Like out of wood too. Might be too much flex in that direction too.

Thanks for the input, I've tried increasing the hole length, but still, there is too much wiggle. I see that now with the top part, I may redesign the top part base and after it's fixed I may change the wood for aluminium profiles.
