DIY Cube Stand with corner overflow

Elos System 70 Cube
Dimensions: L:29 1/2 x W:23 3/8 x H:19 5/8
Volume: ~50 gallons

This might be over kill but I have the wood from another project
***Concerned about the overlap on the right hand side. Ideas? See below.
Leveling Feet on the bottom if needed.. going on a cement slab.
1/4" closed cell neoprene foam inbetween the tank and the plywood 3/4" Top.

Skin is ¼ Oak Plywood Stain and styles to look like:

Skin with be placed with magnets for easy access to remove all sides to get to the interior of the stand.
Dry Electronics section and storage going to the right of the tank under a bench seat.

Overhang likely ok with 3/4" plywood (assume plywood). I would suggest cutting the top from one piece to give better support or add another 2x4 brace under the un-supported side of top.

Ya no MDF anywhere in the stand. The ELOS Stand that it was on, Im guessing was 1 1/4 MDF:

Im my own pain in my own butt as I want to be able to remove all the sides for maintenance.
