DIY Fluoride

Hi, I saw this post about a DIY recipe-

I'll research how to handle NaF but when I mix this recipe as described, would this also add sodium to the solution? And as such, if I were to dose it, would it also raise my salinity?

Actually, a better question since NaCl is salt...when I mix the NaF with H2o, what chemical mix does it result in?

The amount of sodium used is far too small to be significant.

It doses fluoride.
