@Randy Holmes-Farley
I was hoping you can help me with the calculation for my manganese dosing. I’ve been dosing 3 ml a day of the ati manganese solution for months now, but I’m lookin into the diy manganese to save on cost. I bought the bulk supplements manganese gluconate powder you recommended, but I’m having trouble figuring out how much to dose. I don’t have a specific microgram per liter I’m trying to hit. I’m just looking to dose the same amount that I’m currently putting in right now. Do you know if there’s a standard concentration to the manganese solutions that are sold? If I make a solution with your guidelines earlier in the thread (1 gram of powder for every 1 liter of water) and dose 3 ml, will that be the same as the 3 ml of manganese I’m currently dosing of the ati solution? I attached a picture of the ati manganese I currently use. I didn’t see a concentration on brs where I normally buy it. Please let me know what you think. Thanks!
