Anyone turn a standard tank into a peninsula tank? Picked up an undrilled 90g and currently have an obsession with peninsula tanks lol

I'm contemplating if I want to drill it and run a sump, or if I want to make an insert to turn it into an AIO tank

I've seen the kits, however I've never seen one for a 90g. Closest I've found is a 75g kit. I could probably use that one, but it would require modification

Interesting project! Are you planning on drilling the end panel? How many holes (return can go up and over or through a hole)? Routing the return plumbing through a hole is a cleaner look but does require drilling another hole. How are you planning to cover or camouflage the drain and return plumbing? I look forward to seeing pictures if you decide to go ahead with this project!

Interesting project! Are you planning on drilling the end panel? How many holes (return can go up and over or through a hole)? Routing the return plumbing through a hole is a cleaner look but does require drilling another hole. How are you planning to cover or camouflage the drain and return plumbing? If I drill, it'll be an end panel. As far as returns go, I'll either drill and put bulkheads in the end panel with the overflow, or I'll have the returns go into a canopy and return into the far end of the tank.
