i am following a video on YouTube by Inappropriate Reefer on how he made a refrugium on an Aquaclear 70 filter and I am doing the same thing for my 10 gallon tank. I have everything together but I am trying to find a good light that will grow chaeto, but that isn’t too bright because it is in my bedroom.
Another YouTuber used this light: ACKE LED Grow Lights Full Spectrum, and he taped it to the back of his filter but I’m not sure if I want a light that big. Does anyone have any suggestions for a light that can be put on the filter but isn’t that ugly or way too bright?

Here is the link of the light used by the other youtuber:

I'm using that same ACKE light on my sump under my 90. That thing is way too bright if it's going to be that close to a AQ70 and out in the open in your room. It lights up my living room at night just from the ambient light that sneaks out the back of the cabinet. LOL
Grows a nice steady crop of chaeto though. Not crazy growth; just steady and healthy.

just search amazon for "red and blue LED grow lights. They have hundreds of different configurations. I am sure you can find something better suited for your needs.
