I am doing a DIY hybrid light system, and not sure about the reflector.

The specifics:
This will be a 48" fixture with:
Two Kessil A360's, and a 48" LET light T-5 Retro Kit.

I have already cut the material, and it is bright white on one side, and mirror polished aluminum on the other. The dilemma is, which side is the most beneficial? I feel like the white is more diffuse light, but I also feel like there is no better reflector than a mirror.

The Kessil lights don't really need a reflector, and the T-5's come with a polished reflector for each bulb, so this will be for bouncing light back into the tank that has already reflected off of the surface of the water.

Thoughts?

Wow that is cool - and yeah I'd go mirror down too. The LET retro kit has clip on reflectors for each bulb though.
