Is the stand sitting level?
Are the joints glued or just pocket holes?

Plywood is very strong when “skinning” something. Houses are built this way. The one issue I see is the front of the stand. Is the “header” on the front of the stand just a 1x4? If so I would think about possibly laminating a 2x4 to the backside of it. I would worry about it possibly start to sag in the middle and stress the tank after awhile.

+1 about the front beam - I'm not sure I'd even trust a 2x4 added to the back. Best add a center brace to handle a 120G.

Most plywood stands wouldn't have an unsupported header longer than 36", and some no longer than 24". In your case it would be wise to support that header in the middle, dividing the front of the tank in two. There are other options, but this would be the most simple.
