DIY trouble, needs a little quick help!

Hey there, just having slight trouble finding an easy, cheep, but good recipe for making frag plugs and frag rocks. I know its Portland cement but what else?

Take a hammer to a piece of dead rock. and u will have frag rocks....Or buy a sheet or tile at HD and beat it with a hammer!

I use the smashed up rock myself, looks far better
