DMP40 error

Anyone ever had the F000 error code on their DMP40 Jecod Jebao? Just plugged it in and it has this code on the display and does nothing else. Thanks.

I don't recall what error code is what but have you tried disassembling the wetside and making sure everything is put together correctly?

Is this new? First time using it? Check the connection and then ensure it's lined up. How thick of glass is it on?

Yep, Brand new, first time using it. I’ll try that again, the glass is 3/5” or .6. I’ll have to check that thickness. Thank you.

I was a dummy and did this with a pump and was like what the heck its brand new. Turns out I forgot to plug in the pump cable to the controller. You didnt forget that did you

The glass should be the perfect thickness. Once the wet side is perfectly lined up, this should be smooth and quiet. Some times it is right away, a few times it takes a min to lineup perfectly.

I lined it up in diff positions for 10 min. Nothing. Guess it’s a dud.

I just added 2 more on just over 3/4 glass. It was on the back of my aquarium so I had a hard time aligning them because I couldn't see both sides. I would say you should keep trying. I also think it's better to adjust with the pump off, then turn it on. Do this until it spins and then do slight adjustments.

Try it in a bucket first, if it works then it could be the glass is too thick

I've seen 03 and 04. When I search it doesn't list 00.
