It’s what all exoskeleton types do. It can be a trip to see but rest assured it is a very good sign that the specimen is healthy and your tank is in a decent place.
 
I took a full-molt to the office and left it on people’s desk, like the old rubber cockroach gag. :)

Oh the tank is not great lol. Tons of gha and dino. That's for another thread tho.
 
Having pests is a separate issue from having the right combination of elements for your hard skinned friends to grow ;)
