Do I cut them off or let it grow?

Have little heads growing from the side of a frogspawn. Do I let them grow? Or cut them off and glue to a plug?

Usually we want our corals to grow.

If you want new frags to grow elsewhere, or to sell or give frags away, then you would frag a fully grown healthy head, those babies are too small to frag.

I have a hammer with some of those small heads that ever end up developing any larger while the larger full heads split as normal for it to grow. I'm not entirely sure what kind of heads they are but it seems different.
