Do i have enough pods for a mandarin?

Tank is a 144g display with 26g sump.

Been up for about a year. This pic is of the glass that hasnt been cleaned in about a week and all the white dots are various pods. When the glass is clean i assume these are all on the rocks.

Does this seem like it could sustain a mandarin in addition to frozen if it takes frozen?

I can recommend adding copepods regularly when keeping a mandarin, even if the copepod population appears to be good. Mandarins need a decent density of copepods to find enough throughout the day and it's hard to measure how dense the population actually is. I would add them when the lights go out and with the flow turned off. This way they have a decent chance to find their way into the substrate and rocks without being eaten directly by other fish or getting flushed into the filter.
