Nope, no water changes. Did a water change about 3 days ago
That would explain the recent rise in alk but not the previous ones. I'm assuming 6/3 is today and is suppose to be 5/3? If you're not dosing anything this is confusing. Added alkalinity has to come from somewhere. it’s not like ph that can swing up and down.

Here are all my reading over last few days.

replaced the carbon bag and phosphate remover pads on my external fluval filter about 3 days ago.

"Last few days" of alk rise from 7 to 11 is exactly what time frame?

What is the measured alk in your new salt water?

Top off is what? (tap water can have a lot of alk)

I’ve been testing every three days.

alkalinity seems to going back to normal.
