Ok, am I a moron for thinking my fish know it when I call them???
I spend sooo much time examining them with magnifying glass, talking to them by name, my head checking the fuge level, Chaeto etc, I think they know my voice?
Anyone else have these thoughts???

Voice I'm not so sure, but by sight, most probably yes. If you are the one who's constantly feeding them, they will tend to recognise you. They'll know that the one opposite the glass means food. Lol!

My fishes will crowd together and follow me around looking at me in anticipation when I'm the doing maintenance on the sump or DT or, whenever I'm just passing by the tank. Rather cute really.

Years ago our yellow Lab would just sit and watch them, our Naso would come and face him and blow kisses. He’d barely move, only his tail, just like when we’d see any “Leo the Lizards”. He’d dead stop and look!
