Do NOT buy Radion lights.

I loved my light before Radion screwed me over. My light shut off randomly when I plugged it into my usb on my computer. I sent it into Radion to get repaired. This light hangs 1 foot over my tank with a diffuser, they said there’s “water damage”. There is not possible way for it to get water damaged. Do NOT buy from ecotech, get an AI Prime instead!

Just an FYI, Ecotech owns AI

I know, don’t buy directly from them, but from like marine depot Incase the light breaks like mine.

Ecotech is this really how you treat your customers?

So I had sent in a Gen 4 XR30W light that was only 18 months old and two mp40 powerheads that one stopped working and the other would not connect to my reeflink. I own 3 Gen 4 XR30W's along with the two mp40 powerheads. I sent ecotech an email asking for an RMA so I could have them looked...
