Do they still replace the cracked lower cover for the early radion g5?

I have 6 x Radion XR15 Gen 5 Pro that was purchased soon after the release in 2020, they all developed a cracked on the lower cover. The light works fine and connect to mobius no problem.
Did a research on internet, the Ecotech seem to replace the lower cover free of charge. But the light are 2 years old, do they still replace them?

I have 11 of the XR15 blue that I bought in 2021, they are all fine, no cracking at all.
