Tank Details:

• Size: 60-gallon (90 × 45 × 45 cm)
• Type: Mixed Reef (including Acropora millepora), with nutrients kept well under control.

In the Korean reefing community, this is generally considered acceptable (and I agree). In fact, I'm planning to finish off my livestock list by adding one 12cm Regal Angel. However, I'm curious if saltwater hobbyists in the US would view this as overstocked.
Current Livestock:

• Pair of Percula Clownfish (7 cm & 4 cm)
• Blue Tang (6 cm)
• Yellow-brown Scopas Tang (8 cm)
• Rock Blenny (7 cm)
• Coral Cat Shark (17 cm)
• Flameback Angelfish (4 cm)
• Flame Angelfish (6 cm)

To me, your 90 cm tank seems quite small for the fish you have, such as the Tangs and the Cat Shark. The Cat Shark alone should be in a very, very large tank, at least 200 gallons plus, in my humble opinion. So yes, I would say that you're overstocked no mater where you live

A tank that is 36” (90cm) is too small if you ask me. These fish can grow fast. A buddy of mine got a blue tang (hippo) and it went from 1.75” (4.5cm) +- to 3-4 inches (7.5-10.1cm) +- in a 3-4 months.

My personal experience with my purple tang being I actually measured him.

2” (5cm) last June-July don’t recall the exact month, it’s now 5.5” (14 cm). Fish can grow fast also dependent on feeding, and what type of food.
