I feel like this is a stupid question. But you know how manufactures publish the accuracy and specifications of many products. For instance Hanna checkers have it and for some it is + or - 15% accuracy but some Hanna Checkers only have + or - 3%! You want number to be higher meaning the accuracy is more likely to be right correct? Or are you suppose to add or subtract that from your final value as range of where the true value could be. Can someone explain it to me. I know it’s important to look at when companies publish the info.
