So, as many may know my rBTA started feeling not so hot. After a week or so of ups and downs in an isolation cup I pulled the trigger and purchased Cipro and a 10 gallon aquarium.

I haven’t noticed any deflation. I did soak the oyster in salt water with some reef roids. I would have preferred scallop but my bf picked up an oyster. Just one. I’m going to go pick up a scallop or two in the next day or so. I am feeding it everyday due to it bleaching a bit. She lost some of her pretty colors.I am glad he is better. IME, feeding bivalve to anemone have not been good. It seem that every time I feed whole clam or oyster (with shell removed of course) to my anemone they deflated. These are fresh oyster and live clams. I am always into feeding variety of foods. However, because they deflated everytime I feed them this type of food, I stopped. I can speculate as to the cause, but no longer do this. It is the whole shell fish that is a problem for my anemone. Just the muscle of the scallop is fine.
