I have had my Apex unit for several months now and I'm am starting to see trends that fellow reefers have always talked about. I now see that temp does in fact have an impact on salinity. As temp rises so does salinity. Now I wonder does Alk and Cal change concentration the same way as salinity when the temp rises? When I get a trident and install it maybe I will see, but have others reefers seen any trends that currently have Alk, Cal , and Mag monitoring.

Yes,
The more two or three part dosing that you do, the more your salinity will rise, but it's nothing to do with temp.
You can make water changes with lower salinity to keep that in check.

A calcium reactor, will not raise your salinity.
