I brought the tank used, and the person I brought it from found the tank and supplies in attic when they brought the house. My question is does anyone know what these are? They are hardwired into the power box

Those are float valves. They turn something off when they are lifted up by the water and on when they are down. I wouldn't trust them personally. They are cheap to replace, and they might fail sooner than later. Welcome to R2R!

Thank you, yeah I will replace probably switch out power supply as well.

Specifically, they are low voltage reed style float switches. They must be wired into a relay, NOT directly to the mains. i cannot tell what brand they are, but a quality float switch like the Madison will last for many years.
