Does Apex2 have same capabilities as Apex3

I bought an Apex2 about a year ago before relocating and I’m ready to start it up now that my move is complete. Other than the extra ports, is the programming and functionality identical between version two and version three?

Yes. Adding an FMM makes the A2 identical to the A3 Pro functionally
