my tank is four months old, it’s been having cyanos for 1 months and now it seems to have Dinos.

However, under 400x microscope, the cell doesn’t move at all, from my previous experience, Dinos cells always move, so could it still be Dino?

I'm not a dino expert, so I'm speaking from my experience with them. When I was id'ing them with my microscope I saw some that would occasionally move but others that would remain stagnant. From the microscope image and the picture of the algae in your tank it looks like dinos to me. As for what kind of dinos? Hard to tell from the microscope photo.

Are you sure that’s 400x?

Tiny motionless spheres = Chrysophytes.
