thinking of buying a shrimp with some fish (that will go into QT with copper) but dont have a way to QT the shrimp. do i need to? are inverts kept separate from the fish or are they all looped into the same system?

I heard a rumor that Live Aquaria fish are being drop-shipped from a LA wholesaler now. I've been to that facility, but it was a decade ago, so I can't say what they do now, but back then, they would house copper sensitive fish in their invert systems (IIRC, mandarins, flashlight fish, etc.). This is common practice for most wholesalers.
