Does part 1 Mag and part 2 Cal interact?

So I am dosing the 4 part.

I am aware that I can not dose the part 3a+b at the same time as 2 cal. My doser is set to dose 3a and 3b overnight.

Question is how spread out does the part 1 and 2 need to be spread out?

Currently I am dosing both of them during the day the doser is splitting the dose up and the 2 parts are getting dose about 10 mins apart.

Is this sufficient or do part 1 and 2 need to be spread out more.
