Does this graph look like a failing pH probe?

I've recently started dosing kalkwasser into my system, so I'm paying more attention to pH than I previously did.

I recalibrated the probe 3-4 days prior using 7 and 10 sachets. The probe itself is a little over 2 years old.

The dip on sep 5th happened during my feed cycle, the only thing that happened was my return pump and skimmer turned off for 7 mins and then turned back on. Same for sep 6th, suddenly it seems to be working again after a feed cycle...

Just my varios 2 return pump and my 110sss skimmer.

Usually when my PH probe starts whacking out the readings just steadily start climing or dropping over the course of a few days or so. I will verify the actual PH with a PH pen and if it doesn't jive I clean and calibrate the probe. If still no jive then it is time for a replacement.

I use this Apera PH Pen Apera Instruments they are the company that acrually makes a lot of the probes used for our controllers.

Usually the interferance is actually EMF or stray voltage traveling through the water. It could be a power spike from a pump motor or heater kicking on.

I’d try turning likely things on and off and see if you detect an issue.

It may be the bundled cords. Folks see such issues with the Pinpoint that go away with the same device on battery.
