His pictures show some of the most amazing coral I've ever seen...but unfortunately I didn't get what I paid for.

I ordered several acans from him and only one even resembled the picture. The acans all came as orange acans and didn't display any color or patterns that he shows in his pictures.

His excuse for this was:
"Hello Jesse, the darkstar has colored up a bit sense I got it. Acans can and do change color depending on the light. It's still changing in my tank because I put it under brighter light. If you want it to darken up simply put it lower in the tank and it will go back to how it was. I think you will be very happy with your corals when you see them."

The problem is he advertises a coral looking one way; people don't want to wait for their coral to look like the thing they purchased. It's a completely OFF way to do business and I'm glad there is a place I can warn potential customers so they don't end up getting the same coral.

Luckily Paypal refunded some of my money and he was quick to avoid any dispute...Unfortunately those same coral are still posted on his website missleading people and probably getting away with it by giving them the same excuse he gave me.

Yes he is Frank.

Sorry you had a bad experience with him Speg. I have ordered from him in the past and was happy, but I didn't order acans.

The Florida shipping price hooked me since I hate paying 40 dollars on shipping..it's like throwing money away that could be spent on coral...

3 of 6 coral were the coral shown to me..the others were not...so if you want 50% of your corals to be nice then order from him :P

I'm glad you had a good experience..sucks I didn't.

That why now days I try and buy from people who offer free shipping after a specified dollar amount. Most are pretty reasonable, $150 or $175 spent and you get free shipping.
